Henry Bolanos, former Vice President of Research and Development for US Surgical Corporation, is named on over 110 US patents in the Surgical Instrumentation and other Fields.

Bolanos' career has spanned both National and International corporate assignments in Research and Development for Surgical Instruments, Microelectronics, Telephones, Child development products and UHF TV tuners. He is currently a Consultant on New Product Development and a Lecturer in Creativity and New Product Development, at Yale and the University of Auckland, in New Zealand.

He is the co-author of four books on Creativity and New Product Development. Bolanos has worked and lived in Taiwan, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong, and continues his business relationships in those countries. Bolanos also conducts Seminars in Creativity and New Product Development for both Groups and Corporations, and for specific consulting assignments from Creating new products to actually manufacturing and introducing the product to the marketplace.

In line with structuring companies for continued growth, he currently serves on the Board of an on-line Computer Company and is Chairman of two start up companies in New Zealand, where he is active in developing both the business and strategic plans.
