Environmental risk assessment; aerosol transport phenomena; phase equilibria in non-ideal mixtures, coal combustion optimization; transport phenomena; process design and optimization; security and vulnerability assessment of critical infrastrucutres, nuclear reactor safety; and thermal hydraulics of severe nuclear accidents.
